WHAT’S INCLUDED: 2 small group personal training classes per week + 1 take-home workout per week; access to private Facebook group for support & guidance; discount opportunities for other Trainer Mommy services as well as CF Reconstructed memberships
WHO IT’S FOR: Pregnant women seeking guidance on safe training through pregnancy; postpartum women looking to return to exercise; women who are planning to become pregnant & want to optimize health; women experiencing pelvic floor/core symptoms
COST: $350 for everything (that’s less than $44/week for programming, coaching, community + support!)

A one-hour consultation (phone or in-person) to determine strategies for training through pregnancy or postpartum.
Perfect for you if: You are experienced with exercise, know how to program and/or are already following a program, and need some guidance or troubleshooting.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness Programming
Personalized programming for pregnancy and postpartum training. Includes one month of workouts tailored to each person, weekly check-in calls, and trainer access for any questions and/or concerns.
Perfect for you if: You want to exercise on your own, but need guidance as to what exactly to do.
One-on-one, or small group, personal training on location. Babies and children are welcome.
Perfect for you if: You need guidance with programming as well as form, and/or motivation and accountability to workout.
Cost: Starting at $75/hour
