Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness Programming

Personalized programming for pregnancy and postpartum training. Includes one month of workouts tailored to each person, weekly check-in calls, and trainer access for any questions and/or concerns.

Perfect for you if: You want to exercise on your own, but need guidance as to what exactly to do.

Cost: $200/month

In-person Training

One-on-one, or small group, personal training on location. Babies and children are welcome.

Perfect for you if: You need guidance with programming as well as form, and/or motivation and accountability to workout.

Cost: Starting at $75/hour
